HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVAN!

HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDAY EVAN!

Today, Evan Rachel Wood turns 22. We at Evan Rachel Online wish her the very best day!

True Blood: Frenzy

(S02E11) “I am gonna kick that bitch’s evil ass out of my gran’s house, and then you are gonna shoot her.” Sookie to Lafayette, about Maryann

Well, they didn’t make us wait, and picked up with True Blood right where we left off last week, with Bill walking in on the vampire queen, played deliciously by Evan Rachel Wood. And … is the vampire queen a lesbian? There were certainly some sexual overtones with her sucking blood out of the girl’s leg, and then later saying, “I haven’t enjoyed sex with men since the Eisenhower administration.” Then again, she did ask Bill if he wanted to have sex, and he politely declined. He also declined her suggestion that he feed on the girl.

“What gives you the right to say no to the femoral blood of a good woman?” she asks. “You know what your problem is, William? You’re a snob. Tiny, tiny souls. Or penises. Or both.” Continue…

The ‘Blood’ Queen Has Arrived!

Evan Rachel Wood makes her fang-tastic debut as Sophie-Anne, the vampire queen of Louisiana, on “True Blood” this week — and the actress is dishing about her sexy, devilish counterpart.

Wood tells E! Online that Sophie-Anne could end up having steamy love scenes with any of her co-stars — women included. “She’s not necessarily a lesbian. Her human partner is a girl, but I’m pretty sure she goes both ways. I think vampires are like that in general.”

Wood, like her “Blood” co-star Anna Paquin, revealed that she has no problem stripping and filming sex scenes for the show. “I don’t know if I am having sex with anyone yet,” Evan said coyly, “but I certainly have a steamy scene with someone that I don’t think you’d really expect. So it will be a little fun.”

Prior to landing the role of Sophie-Anne, the 21-year-old admitted that she was a huge fan of the hit HBO show — and accepted the part before reading the script! “I said yes, even before I read the script. I didn’t really care.”

Wood also told what team she’s on in the love triangle developing between Sookie, Bill and Eric. “I would say, Team Alex (Skarsgard) — Eric!” She added, “That’s another great thing about my job — all of my scenes are with Bill and Eric! I was constantly surrounded by beautiful people.”

“True Blood” airs Sunday on HBO.

Celebrity Tattoos: Evan Rachel Wood

The young 21 year old actress is probably most famous for her many independent films roles as well as her past relationship with Goth god himself, Marylin Manson. Evan has appeared in several movies in her short career. Evan became more well know after she was nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance in the movie Thirteen. Another love of Evan is tattoos. She has several of them, including a few that she regrets.

Below is a list of Evan’s tattoos:
1. An outlined black heart on the top of her left thigh.
2. A lighting bolt inside the black heart on the top of her left thigh.
3. The letter “j” on her left ankle, which was for her ex-boyfriend Jamie Bell
4. Wood used to have a small strawberry with leaves around it in the shape of a bird. But she got it covered up after with a black diamond and some squiggle design on either side of it.
5. Evan’s latest tattoo is on the bottom of her neck and it reads “All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.

Knock on Wood

AFTER spending two-thirds of her life on screen, it is no surprise that Evan Rachel Wood is, as one fan site dubs her, “wise beyond her years”.

Now 21, she certainly seemed that way when I met her four years ago for Down In The Valley, the film in which she played a youngster who falls for Edward Norton’s drifter. “I’ve always hung out with older kids,” she said then, looking a picture of innocence with her pale skin and honey-coloured hair. Still, few would’ve expected that two years later, she’d start “hanging” with Marilyn Manson, the goth rocker about 19 years her senior.

Today, sporting dyed red hair, black fingernail polish and a series of tattoos – including a “J” for her first love, actor Jamie Bell – Wood looks the part. But while she may have played the archetypal angst-ridden adolescent in films such as Thirteen and Running With Scissors, she insists that dating Manson is no act of rebellion.

“I just have nothing but a massive amount of respect and admiration for him,” she says. “I do believe he is one of the last real rock stars. I think over time, more and more people are going to realise that.”
